SMA utges till licensierade radioamatörer för kontakter från 2020-01-01 med olika svenska kommuner. Svensk ansökande ska vara medlem i SSA.

Under 30 MHz:

  • Alla kontakter ska ha skett från samma DXCC-land.
  • Alla upplåtna amatörradioband och trafiksätt får användas.
  • Påteckning för 2 x CW och enskilda band kan erhållas.

Över 30 MHz:

  • Alla kontakter ska ha skett från samma QTH och inom en cirkel med radien 50 km.
  • Diplom ges för följande separata frekvensområden: 50, 144, 432, Mikrovåg
  • Trafiksätt: Analogt (SSB/CW/FM) eller Digitalt.

Alla kontakter ska vara med landbaserade stationer. Markbunden repeater får ej användas.

Diplomet utges i fyra klasser; oavsett vilka amatörband som använts:

  1. 100 kommuner
  2. 200 kommuner
  3. 250 kommuner
  4. 290 kommuner

Numrerade diplom utfärdas av SSA:s kansli.

Ansökan skall sändas till SSA Diplommanager och bestå av en förteckning med följande detaljer: Kommun, egen signal, motstationens anropssignal, datum, tid i UTC, band och trafiksätt.

SWL-stationer kan ansöka om diplomet. Båda stationer ska anges i ansökan för varje QSO.

Avgift: SEK 100.

The SMA will be issued to licensed radio amateurs for contacts made with municipalities in Sweden from January 1st, 2020.

Below 30 MHz:

  • All contacts must be made from the same DXCC entity.
  • All radio bands and modes may be used.
  • Endorsement can be obtained for 2 x CW and specific bands.

Above 30 MHz:

  • All contacts must be made from the same QTH and within a circle with the radius of 50 kilometers.
  • The award will be issued for the following separate frequency bands: 50, 144, 432, Microwave.
  • Endorsement can be obtained for analogue modes (SSB/CW/FM).

All contacts must be made with onshore stations. Terrestrial repeaters or satellites may no be used.

The award will be issued in four classes:

  1. 100 municipalities
  2. 200 municipalities
  3. 250 municipalities
  4. 290 municipalities

Numbered awards will be issued by SSA.

The application must be mailed to the SSA Award Manager, Box 45, SE-19121, Sollentuna, Sweden, or to the E-mail address hq@ssa.se. The QSO list must include: Municipality, callsign used, Swedish callsign, date, UTC, band, mode.

Transitional rule for applicants outside Sweden: Stations may apply for the award claiming QSOs from before 2020-01-01, but they will be issued unnumbered.

SWL stations may apply for the award.
