”Dear Contesters,YOTA Contest Committee cooperating with MRASZ (Hungarian Amateur Radio Society),invites you for taking part in the #3 round of the 2023 YOTA Contest takes place on 30th December, 1200 – 2359 UTC.This fairly young contest generated increasingly big activity where our youth operators got into the focal point. These three rounds of contests make excellent opportunity for the future radio operators to try themselves out in real contest situations and gaining on the air practice.Participating in the contest is a great contribution to this learning possibility and providing examples on good sportsmanship and way of professional operation.Besides the competition, this series of short contests provide great promotion to other youths as well who potentially have interest to see our hobby and starting on HAM carrier.There is a major change in the rules:Increasing the potential activity in SSB mode, from this round the self-spotting is permitted in every category.Detailed rules can be found on the following link:https://www.ham-yota.com/contest/#rules
